About Abbey

I'd describe my personality as considerate, compassionate, and personable. I like working with kids because I enjoy building relationships with children, where they feel supported ultimately providing them with a safe and fun space where they can succeed. I have experience with dog and baby sitting, while babysitting I would frequently drive children to practices or events. I also have water safety experience as I worked as a swim instructor for children, 6 months to 12 years old. In my spare time, I like to play the guitar, read, and complete arts and crafts. I enjoy many different creative activities which help me connect with children and create fun and engaging activities. My skills include problem-solving skills, allowing me to handle conflicts and unexpected events that could arise. Creativity, resulting in me planning many different activities, games, and learning activities. Communication, I am able to create great connections with the kids and parents.
