About Abbey

Nurturing the growth and development of children has been my focus for the past six years. My background in Early Childhood Education and Special Education at Michigan State University has allowed me to create engaging, age appropriate learning experiences for children ages infant through pre-teen. I am patient and calm, yet I bring plenty of energy to outdoor sports, puzzles, and educational games. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and am happy to help with any tasks you need! I am CPR and First-Aid certified. I follow your preferred communication methods to ensure you stay fully informed about your child's day. I am very comfortable upholding your established household rules to provide a consistent environment. My ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on the children I work with and continue to grow my talents and knowledge in the education department for my future career as a learning specialist! I can't wait to get to know you and your kids!
