I'd describe my personality as outgoing, patient, and friendly. I am looking for semi-regular, flexible work. I like tutoring because I learned throughout my education that a great teacher makes all the difference. Sometimes you need a little extra help, or someone who is able to show you a new way to understand. I started tutoring in high school and taught a team of students how to program and build Lego robots! I have some experience in peer mentoring for math, science, and intermediate spanish. In my spare time, I like to do indoor rock climbing and paint! One thing you should know about me is I am a very responsible and reliable person. I take my commitments seriously, and I want nothing more than to help your child succeed. I value my communication skills and my ability to clearly explain and understand problems. I take pride in my patience because I know what it is like to be on the other side of tutoring and feel frustrated that I just couldn't "get it".
