I'd describe my personality as patient, kind and polite I like caring for seniors because I can make a positive difference in their day to day lives. I enjoy helping people and making their days better in ways they're not able to do for themselves. I'm looking for a job that I can assist with the ADLs and companionship. I look for honesty and understanding in the people I work for and with. Trust is very important to me and speaks volumes when I find it in my area of work. I started caring for seniors when my aunt was elderly and it was very difficult to find someone to care for her that as a family we trusted. One thing you should know about me is I take my job very seriously and my patients safety comes first. ADLs are a major part of starting the day and therefore should be done at the start of the day or soon as the patient is awake. My skills include strong communication, patience and able to stay calm in stressful situations, ability to work well with others.
