About Aaron

I graduated valedictorian from Vintage High School in Napa and initially enrolled at Pomona College for my undergrad. However, wanting to save money and graduate sooner, I transferred to NAU where I majored in business. After traveling the world for a year, I worked as a classroom teacher teaching Algebra 1, Physics, World History, Economics at Justin-Siena High School in Napa and ESL at high schools in Spain and Ukraine. I then spent four years working as a software product manager in Redwood City and San Jose. I am currently finishing my first year of a master's of psychology from CSU and will start my practicum as a therapist at three Redwood City Unified school sites in August. I am currently looking to supplement my income with tutoring and general childcare as my practicum is mostly unpaid, and I want to get more experience working with families as I embark on a career as a licensed marriage and family therapist.

Aaron is very patient and incredibly good at explaining complex concepts. He helped me with interview prep for a data scientist role. He reviewed statistics and economics concepts with me and came up with practice problems (which turned out to be super relevant in the interview!) I ended up getting the job. Highly recommend.
