About Aaron

Hi! I'm Aaron. I have over 6 years of professional experience working directly with children, adolescents, and adults primarily as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I also have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and extensive experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral needs. I'm comfortable providing one-on-one care, companionship, recreational and community activities, homework support, help with daily routines, and giving families dependable respite and support. I enjoy staying active and finding activities that match each child's interests and abilities. I currently work full-time with children and am looking to help additional families during evenings and weekends. I'm patient, dependable, active, and comfortable working with children who may require a caregiver with additional behavioral experience. I look forward to connecting with families who are looking for reliable, experienced support.
