Hi there, I am a compassionate, and dependable caregiver with years of experience as a PCA providing supportive, patient-centered care to seniors and individuals with physical disabilities. My passion for caregiving was deeply shaped by helping provide care for both my grandmother and my mother, experiences that strengthened my skills, patience, and commitment to helping others maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. I have a B. Sc in Public Health and worked diligently for a few years in clinical research at UNC Chapel Hill before transitioning into a full time caregiver role. I am experienced with companionship, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, ADLs, transportation and emotional support. I strive to provide reliable, compassionate care that helps individuals and families feel genuinely supported, safe, cared for and offer a warm comforting atmosphere for all of my clients.
