About Aaliyah

I am a creative, patient, and positive student with a passion for the English language and writing. I am a published author, having just released my first collection of poetry recently, and I have written for, edited, and managed both a literary magazine and an art blog in the past. While I work towards becoming an English literature professor, I'd love to gain some experience in teaching English and reading/writing skills. I also have experience caring for pets. I grew up with dogs and a bird, all of which I was very involved in raising and caring for. Alongside that, I've watched family and friends' pets as well. Whether a pet needs a comfort buddy or an energetic playmate, I find it is easy to do both.
