I absolutely enjoy working with seniors because of the wisdom, stories, and perspective they bring to every interaction. My experience over the years has taught me the value of patience, empathy, and building meaningful connections. Whether assisting with daily tasks, engaging in conversation, or simply offering companionship, I find fulfillment in making their days brighter and more comfortable, even the small moments matter the most to me. Being around elders has not only strengthened my communication and caregiving skills but also deepened my appreciation for the importance of dignity and respect in every stage of life.
