We had a good experience with Aaliyah the first time we hired her. She is genuinely caring about the kids and was very willing to learn the routine at our home. Unfortunately, the second time we tried to hire Aaliyah, she simply didn't show up and we had to cancel all of our plans for the day at the last minute. She also didn't respond to any messages asking her for a status update. This is too bad because Aaliyah is a good caregiver but the lack of reliability and communication is a problem.
