About Aaliyah

Hello!! My name is Aaliyah! I am currently an incoming junior in college for Elementary Education with a Specialization in Early Childhood. I am super passionate about child care and working with kids. My experience includes 2 years of working at a daycare for children of various ages, as well as babysitting for years. I'm comfortable looking after 5 children at a time. I love to make up games to play with the kids in my care, or read books, and lots of dancing and singing songs. I believe open and consistent communication is key to a successful childcare partnership. I follow the parents' preferred method of communication, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular text or phone calls. I'm committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children I care for, and I always follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I also have a car, am comfortable with pets, and have current CPR training and First Aid certification.
