Seeking summer tutor for elementary reading and math. My daughter will be in 2nd grade in the fall. She has been enrolled in the Spanish immersion program since Kindergarten. I am looking for help in getting her up to grade level in English reading and math, as I feel she has fallen behind her peers in the traditional English-speaking classroom. She reads in Spanish but would be starting at a very basic level in English (sounding out letters, sight words, etc.). She could also use additional instruction in addition/subtraction/basic math. My schedule would be flexible (weekday evenings or weekends any time). I am hoping for maybe 3 hours a week of tutoring, but again, can be flexible based on my child's needs and the tutor's schedule.
