I have been babysitting since I was 15 years old for multiple families in my neighborhood. Most of my experiences are for 2-3 children however I have cared for up to 6/7 children at a time. I was also a lifeguard and swim instructor for 7 summers where I taught children of all ages how to swim and about water safety. I am in the process of relocating to Marion from Georgia Over the next month I would need someone skilled in elder care to assist my 85 yr old mom from 8:00a to 7:00p Sunday thru Sat during this time. Daily routine consists of rise, bathroom, brkfst, meds (3), dress. Lite lunch at noon. Snacks mid afternoon and dinner around 4:30 followed by bed around 6:30. Wound care resulting from fall on 9/9. She uses a walker, has a lift-chair in den to watch TV, wheelchair available for transport to and from bedroom/bath to den. She has excellent sight, is aware of curter events, though does have some memory issues. Complete schedule is fluid at this time depending the speed of my return.
