We need a nanny for our 2 children in Gibsonia (Treesdale). Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. The pay rate is variable based upon caregivers experience and willingness to pick up additional household duties. I work from home and my husband will also be home sometimes, so I do help with meal prep and such as I'm able, but need someone who is willing able to do it when I can't. We are easy going people, and employ positive parenting practices as much as possible. I make sure the kids get ample opportunity for exercise and are offered balance meals and snacks and look for your to do the same. We are moving back to Pittsburgh from a short hiatus, so initial discussions will be over the phone/video calls. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
