Hi! My husband and I are currently looking for a part-time homeschool teacher/tutor for our daughter. She is a first time homeschooler - currently in the 4th grade. We are thinking a good weekly cadence is 3 days/wk (M, W, F) from around 11am-3 p.m. We're currently considering a number of online learning platforms for the material. Hoping for someone that's college educated and has experience guiding the home school environment. In addition to educational material we place an importance on outside-the-home learning with exposure to real world learning opportunities in nature and the community. Additional needs include pick up / drop off, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. Subject Areas: Art, English, Math, Foreign Language, Science.
