We're looking to onboard a seasoned, high-energy Debate Coach who can help a small group of bright, spirited students sharpen their critical thinking, elevate their public-speaking game, and build winning arguments with finesse. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to turn shy voices into confident speakers and bold thinkers. If you can break down complex topics, coach kids to speak with clarity, and manage a lively room with calm authority--welcome to the team. What We Need: Proven debate coaching experience (middle or high school level preferred) Strong grasp of argumentation, rebuttal strategy, and persuasive speaking Ability to make learning fun, structured, and confidence-building Consistency, professionalism, and a knack for motivating kids Creativity--because these kids ask questions that would stump Congress
