Homeschool Teacher Position - First Grader

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated homeschool teacher to provide support for our daughter as she enters first grade (homeschooling) in the fall of 2024. Our daughter is 6 and turns 7 in November 2024, and we reside in the Metro Detroit area. As far as we can tell so far, she has no learning differences and is deeply curious about the world. The perfect candidate for this role would ideally be a homeschooling parent and/or a former classroom teacher. We welcome individuals who may consider bringing their own child of similar age to facilitate co-learning opportunities, if feasible. The hourly rate will be determined through negotiation, taking into account the teacher's experience, suitability for our family dynamics, and other relevant factors.
