Seeking Compassionate Teacher That Can Help 3rd Grader With Dyslexia Challenges.

Hello, We are a family of five in Lexington who are seeking an experienced tutor for our 3rd grader. She is currently on an IEP at school for math and encoding and decoding challenges related to Dyslexia. We are working with her school to find the best fit for her. However, as with many cases like hers, it has a been a bumpy and ever-evolving road. What we do know is that she learns best in one-on-one and small group environments with kind and firm leaders. We need someone with experience who can supplement her in-class assignments and focus on the any fundamental gaps that may need revisiting. Our days and hours are flexible, but once determined, we would like to establish a weekly routine to build a relationship and foundation that our daughter can depend on and look forward to. The start date is flexible as well, but we would prefer to start ASAP and continue through the summer as into the fall if possible. We would prefer that you have transportation and be able to come to our home in Lexington. We look forward hearing from you.
