We are seeking an experienced and qualified reading specialist for our preschool-aged child to help develop early literacy skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in early childhood education, specifically in phonics, letter recognition, and building a love for reading. Responsibilities include creating engaging, age-appropriate reading activities, providing tailored lessons to meet our child's individual needs, and fostering a positive, encouraging learning environment. The specialist should be patient, creative, and able to make learning enjoyable. We are looking for someone reliable, consistent, and passionate about early literacy to provide regular one-on-one sessions.
