HOME STUDY TEACHER FOR SWEET 12 YO WITH AUTISM (HIGH-FUNCTIONING) & ADHD

Requirements: - Experience teaching/tutoring/homework help/ or providing therapy or instruction - Ability to work with a child with ASD and ADHD - Ability to follow a home study program with child 3 days/week (Parent will plan, organize, and track material, but tutor will do primary work of administering.) The student is a 12 YO boy who is kind, funny, and smart, but can be easily discouraged in academics. He needs a patient, encouraging tutor. He has ASD, ADHD and anxiety. He is currently completing his first year of homeschooling with an amazing tutor who is moving to NY in August. She will help train/onboard new tutor. Learns best from discussion and visual materials. Tutoring will be in person 4-5 hours/day on Mon, Wed, and Fri with a preference for mornings at home with parents present or at the library.
