I'm looking for a local executive function coach/tutor to support my college-aged son, who has a recent ADHD diagnosis and is struggling with traditional college structure. The role is focused on helping him stay organized, attend classes, manage deadlines, and build strong study habits. Responsibilities include meeting on campus a few times a week, checking in after classes, reviewing notes, breaking down assignments, organizing his calendar, planning weekly tasks, and doing regular grade/portal check-ins. The goal is to provide accountability, structure, and tools that help him succeed and become more independent. Ideal candidates have experience working with students with ADHD or executive function challenges, and/or backgrounds in education, psychology, coaching, or related. Reliability, patience, and a supportive personality.
