Neurosurgeon Personal Assistant: Hybrid Patient Coordinator, Homeschooling Tutor, & Household Helper

Orlando family needs full-time help divided between coordinating care for neurosurgical patients and enriching a homeschool environment as a classical education tutor for grades K-8. Tutoring will start with our 4-year-old. In time we would like support for a "1-room school house" for all 3 of our children (the next in line is only 1). I found the methods of the Acton Academy quite appealing. I am looking for help to design and deliver a well-rounded curriculum (I am stronger in math and science than literature, history, or philosophy). For the neurosurgical practice: responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating patient surgeries, office evaluations, and referrals; managing multiple patients and provider schedules; educating patients and responding to questions / concerns; maintaining accurate records; and prioritizing tasks.
