About the job

My youngest son has Autism. He is highly functioning. During this last school year in middle school, he struggled. His father passed away unexpectedly in January 2023. They just moved him out of general education to affective learning. Is he not being challenged or growing? He is very bright, but he has very low grades due to his inability to deal with his emotions. I toured the high school and was not impressed. I am thinking of keeping him, but I know he will need assistance with homework and his studies. I was hoping for some Math tutoring this summer due to him being behind in his math skills and then ongoing support on a weekly, maybe even daily, basis with his High School studies and homework.
