In-Person Special Needs Tutor For 8-Year-Old (Math & Comprehension Focus)

About the job

We are looking for a certified special education teacher/tutor to work 1:1 with our 8-year-old son, who has autism. The focus will be on building an individualized curriculum, strengthening math and reading comprehension skills, and tracking his academic progress. Requirements: Must be a credentialed special education teacher Experience teaching children with autism or special needs Able to create and manage individualized learning plans Patient, engaging, and creative in approach References required Details: Flexible start date About 10 hrs/week (afternoons preferred, after 3pm) Location: our home (Campbell / Los Gatos border) Rate: Competitive, based on experience If you're passionate about helping kids reach their full potential and have the right qualifications, we'd love to hear from you!
