Looking For A Tutor To Teach Daughters How To Read/write (1-3 Hours A Week)

Hello, I am looking for a tutor to teach my two daughters (3 &5) how to read and write. They recognize their letters and most phonic sounds but need support to start learning how to read. They both need support in learning how to write. They love engaging and learning a lot so they need someone who will keep them focused and teach them how to retain the information. If interested, please send me a message with experience and if possible, different examples of activities you could do with the girls to help them learn. I would like someone fun, engaging and experienced. Looking to hire someone long term. Thank you!
