The ideal candidate has a college degree in Education and proven experience working with elementary-aged students, including those with ADHD. I'd like you to know how to keep learning fun, structured, and personalized to meet my child's unique needs. Responsibilities include providing individualized academic support in reading, writing, and/or math. Implement strategies to support focus, emotional regulation, and confidence. Create engaging, hands-on lessons tailored to my child's learning style and maintain consistency to build a long-term tutoring relationship.
