Looking For A Female Academic Coach/Mentor

We're looking for a female academic coach/mentor for our 12 y/o daughter in her first year of junior high. She's bright and capable but struggles with follow-through, turning in assignments, and staying on task independently. She's a competitive all-star cheerleader and thrives with structure, accountability, and coaching. We need someone who can bring that same energy to academics: checking the school portal together, ensuring assignments are completed and submitted, and holding her accountable in a supportive manner. This is less about teaching content and more about building habits. Ideally, 2-3 sessions per week, 30-45 minutes each. Most sessions can be remote/virtual. Looking for someone relatable, organized, and warm but firm. References required, and must be willing to complete a background check. Please message me if interested!
