Early Social Emotional Development Teacher

I am looking for a teacher who can help my3-year-old daughter with her social-emotional development-specifically guiding her on how to interact and play with other children. She is currently a bit shy and hesitant when it comes to playing with peers and often prefers to play alone. We would like to find someone who can support her in building confidence, engaging with other children, and developing positive social skills. The main requirement is that the teacher meet us at local libraries or indoor playgrounds and guide her to interact with other children-encouraging her to take initiative, greet new peers, and join in play with unfamiliar kids.
