Hello - Looking for help for our son S, 8yo boy, 2nd grader, who is quite behind in reading. Metrics have him around the 10th percentile, so we will be pursuing several avenues via the district and otherwise. For the summer, Intensive direct tutoring at home is a big one, and the summer will be a great time to try a "Great Leap Forward" (Sorry for the historical Mao reference! ;) ) Ideally this would happen here at home.
