Looking For A Reading Tutor / Specialist

I'm looking for a reading specialist or tutor for a rising second-grader for four weeks. He excels in math and writing, but is very stubborn about reading and is approaching grade level fluency. I'd like him to work with a reading specialist over the summer to prevent summer regression and set him up for a great start to second grade. Ideally, there will be three tutoring sessions per week for an hour each - either in the early or late afternoons. Ideally, the tutor has experience being an elementary school teacher or reading specialist. Rate is negotiable.
