Finding Tutor Teacher

Need Tutor for my kids I am looking tutor teacher for my both kids They are ELA students. My daughter is now in 6th grade and my son is now in 4th grade. She has grew as a reader/LA but on her NWEA and other tests from the state her level testing was lower than her academic peers. Math she is closer to her peers in growth and not in the below average categories!! he is on grade level on the NWEA in both Reading and Math. He also is average or above average on other state tests. My son seems to catch on to new assignments and works hard if he needs to review the homework work .
