Target Exams: • Child 1 (13 y. o.): Chicago public schools HSAT (Reading Comp, Pre-Alg Math). • Child 2 (11 y. o.): Academic Center ACEE/RGC (Aptitude, Reasoning, Logic). Core Duties (Must-Haves): 1. Curriculum Manager: Execute assessment-based study plan; create, assign, and grade all supplemental work/tests. All graded materials returned to parent for tracking. 2. Mandatory Reporting: Provide weekly reports (content, progress, study plan) and a monthly evaluation for progress tracking/tutor review. 3. Flexibility: Sessions initially in-home, can shift to virtual based on progress. Tutor must be highly flexible with scheduling due to sports; hours/frequency can be collectively adjusted (up or down) based on child's need/progress. Qualifications: 2+ yrs Test Prep experience (HSAT/ACEE/ISEE). Expertise in both test content & reasoning skills required. Excellent communicator. Provide resume, cover letter & references.
