My going into 2nd grader is a little behind in english (see test scores from teacher below). Wanting too get her at least back too at grade level (above would be okay too) before the new school year starts. She is reading independently at a level h. She is only two levels away from what they are wanting them to read in second grade (level j). She is able to read 66 sight words a minute which is awesome! When reading a short story she is able to read 61 words a minute (the end goal is 66) so she is so close. She has made really great growth since winter. She went from reading 27 words a minute to 61.
