Looking For A Spanish Language Tutor With A Conversational Focus

About the job

I am a patient experience consultant and network with physicians internationally, particularly in South America. I also attend a lot of events online in Spanish to discuss various topics. I use online tutors, but I would like to practice more in person. However, I lost a lot of my mobility due to a spinal issue and am now homebound. I am looking for a Spanish language tutor with a professional background (ideally with some knowledge of medical or academic terms). I'm not looking for lessons but more just conversation practice. I'm an extrovert and love having conversations about any topic, philosophical or whatever, so it doesn't have to be strictly medical.
