After-School Homework Help & Tutoring For 7th Grader (Focus On Math, Language Arts & Science)

Seeking after-school tutor for our soon-to-be 7th grader to support homework & strengthen skills in math, language arts, & science. We're looking at 2 to 4 afternoons per week (appr. 3:30-5:30pm, flexible if needed). Our child is bright, creative, & kind, but benefits from support with focus, organization, & staying on task. The ideal candidate is patient, encouraging, & experienced with middle schoolers. They should be able to break down concepts clearly & help build confidence. Responsibilities include homework help, test prep, & developing strong study habits. We're hoping to find a tutor to offer structure & routine, & make learning engaging & positive. Someone who brings a calm & steady presence, knows how to motivate & can create a safe, encouraging environment for questions & growth.
