Lazy Parents Needs Tutoring Help For Lazy Child

My daughter definitely needs tutoring, so she does not fall behind, we are tired at the end of a long day and do not want to do all the legwork. It would be great to find somebody who is good at teaching children to help tutor our child. I am looking for a tutor for my4-year-old daughter. Pay based on experience, and education. Preferably one to two times per week. My daughter is a4-year-old girl, full of energy, but lacks motivation. Needs to learn her numbers, her letters, uppercase lowercase, phonetics, sight words. She likes to learn by play but not everything can be learned by play, she is initially shy but overcomes it quickly. She is afraid of failure, and as a result never tries Would prefer in person tutoring because she has a short attention span There is parking access at our location
