We are looking for a warm, patient, and responsible Mandarin-English bilingual shadow teacher to support an 11-year-old middle school student in Sunnyvale. The role involves helping him stay organized and focused in class, understand teacher instructions, manage transitions, and develop positive study and social habits. Experience supporting students with ADHD, anxiety, or learning differences is a big plus. Requirements: Fluent in both Mandarin and English Experience in education, psychology, or special education preferred Kind, calm, and able to communicate well with teachers and parents Must be eligible to work in a school setting (background check may be required)
