About the job
We're forming a small homeschool pod (5 second graders) on the Mesa in Santa Barbara and seeking a teacher/tutor to lead and execute core academics (reading, writing, math, spelling). Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 8:00-12:30 (includes paid setup 8:00-8:30) + 4. 5 hrs/week paid prep--done whenever works for you. Small Class Size = Big Impact Less Burnout, More Balance No bureaucracy or red tape: full Creative & Curriculum Freedom Work with Supportive, Grateful Families Mission-Driven Teaching Be done by 12:30 each day--leaving afternoons free for personal pursuits, tutoring, or leisure.
