English Tutor For A 4 Year Old Active Girl

We're looking for a female English tutor, who has a rich experience tutoring English to early elementary or pre school kids. Someone who is a Native American English speaker with a neutral accent. The student is our 4-year-old girl. She can speak Mandarin and some English. We'd like to bring up her English to be similar to kids who has native English speaker parents. We could meet at libraries, parks or at our home in South Bay for the teaching session. One to two times a week. We could start with a trial lesson to see if each other is a good fit. We could do 1-2 hours a time and 1-2 times a week to start with. Tutoring is for in person. It's easy to park in our community complex. Also it has a bus stop right at the community entrance.
