In this role, you will be responsible for teaching the fundamentals of public speaking, fostering a love for communication, and preparing students to excel in presentations and competitive environments. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons on public speaking fundamentals (e. g., vocal variety, body language, eye contact, speech structure, overcoming stage fright). Teach and coach students in debate and persuasive speaking techniques. Prepare students for in-class presentations, showcases, and external speech & debate competitions. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and risk-taking. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them build skills and confidence. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students across different age groups (6-15). Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress.
