Piccolo is a very anxious 1-year-old Morkiepoo puppy. We just moved to the area and he is having a hard time adjusting. He is scared of strangers and resource guards my mom's attention. He snaps at people (including family) and likes to steal things from bags to be chased (wallets, socks, papers). He barks all the time and gets into trouble even with lots of exercise. And he is nonresponsive to the walk and leash training we have tried to do and overreactive to outdoor elements like people and other dogs, so taking him outside is always a nightmare. I have a big family and none of us are on the same training page. We need help training as much as he does.
