Groomer Needed For 1 Dog In Chattanooga

Scout is a 9-month-old Yorkie. He doesnt like clippers or having his nails cut. I found a great groomer at Pet Sense who did great with him but she left. The person who cut him yesterday called to tell me she couldnt complete his cut because he was biting at the clippers and her. It takes a special person apparently to groom him. When I picked him up he was horribly groomed. Is there anyone out there who can groom Scout. Hes really very sweet and Im not just saying that. He loves everyone.
