Looking For A Pet Sitter For 2 Cats

My cat, Crayon, will bite randomly, almost like she is chewing on your arm if you try to ignore it. I will be sleeping and not doing anything and she just bites my hand when its out. I want this to stop because it hurts so bad. I've tired the turn around and ignore her method and the put them in timeout method when they do it, nothing works. She is sweet but after awhile she will bite at random times.
