Forrest-black lab mix 11. 5 years old. Very friendly, but kind of an anxious old guy. My husband just started a new job and will be gone for 11-12 hours every day. I work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and I'm gone for up to 17 hours those days. So Forrest will need a mid day break for potty needs and ideally be taken out for a 15-20 minute walk. We live on a private dirt road and he is typically walked off leash and is very well behaved and responds to voice commands. We do bring a leash and hook him up if we see anyone approaching on foot or bicycle, or anyone with another dog.
