Buddy is a sweet, 9lb, male Maltese, 15 years old. He is partially blind in one eye. I rescued him 11 years ago and he does have separation anxiety. For physical activity, he enjoys going out doors to sniff around. You could try to take him for a walk but he will most likely only want to stop and sniff everything. He loves sitting on the deck on a nice sunny day. He WILL do his 'business' in the house and I must keep training pads down at all times. Because of his partial blindness he will not go up or down stairs and I usually gate the area near the stairs when I'm not home so he cannot accidently fall down. He will love cuddling with you on the couch or chair.
