Shobonier family needs a sitter for 1 dog. Must love animals! Our ideal match will meet the requirements below. Please be active when that is what he seems to want- playing and exercising are important, but comforting him is more important than anything else. Please be able to provide care overnight. Responsibilities include feeding and above all providing love, petting, and sitting with him in the recliners and talking and re-assuring him. He is a rescue dog who was still in the "almost grown puppy" stage when we got him, so he thinks I am his mother and that my husband and I are his "pack" (small as that is, its all that he knows, other than the puppy mill he was rescued from which must have been horrible). We prefer non-smoker, but we have a large front and back porch where you could smoke as long as you keep him with you.
