Baxter is a 10-year-old daschund beagle mix. He weighs about 24 lb. He is very strong, and often charges at other dogs, squirrels, and other animals in the forest preserve adjacent to my apartment building. I'm wheelchair bound senior, and don't have anyone who can reliably walk him.
