Trainer Needed For 1 Cat In Salisbury

I adopted my cat a little over a month ago. She is 7 years old. She knows how to use the litter box, but almost always chooses to poop on the floor. 95% of the time she will urinate in the litter box, but will sometimes choose to mark her territory in places my dog had been. She is very snuggly if you are laying down and she comes to you, but refuses to let me pick her up or hold her. I am bringing her to college with me in the fall, and want her to trust me and be able to be house trained.
