Need Training For My Reactive Dog Apollo (2 Year Old Aussie )

About the job

My dog is 2 years old his name is Apollo he is a male Australian Shepherd! He is a very active and loving mush! He is silly and fun and loves the outdoors. His favorite thing is play time! He loves his balls. He also loves runs and walks. He is good with other dogs. But my problem is that I need help on he is a reactive dog I'm trying to teach with him that other people who are walking close to us are not always a threat. Or every sound you hear isn't a threat either. As well he does jump when he is greeted. My goal is to have him well properly social trained so that way he is capable of enjoying his walks and being around in public areas without having to react with fear.
