Burbank family seeking a reliable and trustworthy bird sitter to care for 4 large exotic birds (3 macaws and 1 cockatoo) when I am away for work or travel. Duties are simple: refresh food and water, check cages, and ensure the birds are safe and comfortable. No extended handling required—each visit typically takes about 10 minutes. Requirements: Must live in or near the Empire Center area of Burbank (local applicants only). Dependable and available on short notice (within 24 hours). Comfortable around large exotic birds (macaws and cockatoos). Available during the day (between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. ) when requested. On-call role, only needed when I’m out of town. Compensation: Paid hourly rate (minimum 1 hour per visit), even though the job usually takes about 10 minutes.
